Looking for 65C816 Cross Dev Tools

Does anyone know of an inexpensive cross compiler
(C, Pascal, whatever) for the 65C816?  I'm aware
of the Avocet and Byteworks offerings, but was
hoping to find something cheaper.  Hosted on PC,
Mac, or Unix would be good.  Thanks.
