Need help identifying software

There is an old game I am having trouble remembering the name of.
I believe it was produced by the same company that created Beach Head
(Access Software?). It was a left-to-right scrolling game, you could
produce units and attack your opponent on the other side of the map. A
helicopter was the means by which you moved around the map.

Anyone have an idea about the name?
