Sequential Systems MegaBUFF card

I've got a Sequential Systems MegaBUFF (1 MB print buffer/AppleTalk
interface) card in an ImageWriter II that I want to move to an
ImageWriter LQ instead, but I seem to have lost the manual and don't
know if I need to change any of the switch settings.  Would any of you
who might happen to have one of these be able to tell me what the switch
settings are for?  Thanks!
