Booting the IIgs from the Mac would be a fantastic accomplishment, but one
that I have not managed to accomplish. ;-) Thus far, I have only made it
past one problem (not acknowledging the presence of hard drives on the
server) to the second (telling me that the server is not configured
properly). But given my low memory configuration, it is not much of a
hassle. I just use regular AppleTalk support to provide a non-bootable
"partition". Most of the system software which will fit into memory will fit
on the 3.5" diskette, this includes AppleTalk. The rest go onto the server.

But those 5.0.4 diskettes do not seem to be ready for AppleTalk. Judging
from system 6.0.1, a whole slew of support files are missing. Though 5.0.4
may simply be missing the AppleTalk control panel (which allows me to hook
up to the server), if it is somewhat more clean that 6.0.1.
