There is a control on the board that mounts vertically on the back of the drive
unit.If you are looking from the front of the drive, it is on the right side.
It faces the outside of the case. Turning that will allow you to adjust the
drive speed. I drilled holes in the side of my metal case drives and then used
a plastic screw driver to keep my drive adjusted.
