The problem may be more with your interface code rather than the card itself.
The 80 indicates that you probably have the default interface code, Control-I
80N. Try changing this to Control-I 0N (that's zero N), and see if the 80 goes
away.You can also try Control-I 255N, or nothing (no interface code at all).
Perhaps someone who uses the Orange card can tell you the best code.

To get to the place where you enter the interface code, go to Other Activities,
Specify information about your printer, Interface code. You will see this on
the menu on any computer except the Apple IIc.
