IIgs file transfers

Right now I'm trying to figure out a way to transfer files from my PC to
my IIgs, but I'm having a few difficulties.

I don't have a telecom program on the IIgs, so I can't just use a null
modem cable.  I don't believe ADT can be used on a IIgs (am I wrong?),
so I can't use that.  The FAQs I've looked at suggested Ap2222, but that
looks like it can only transfer 5.25" disks.

I'd like to be able to just use a null modem cable, but first I need to
get a telecom program on there.  Any ideas on accomplishing this?  I've
got a FocusDrive coming in the mail, is there software included with
that that I could use?
