Well hand guns theoretically are harder to get a hold of in Canada. I mean
in the US it seems like one in two vehicles have at least 5 guns. OK, I'm
exaggerating, but with all the shootings that go on, it can't be too far off.

Besides, I know of a few people in the US who are arming themselves to the
teeth, preparing for the worst of Y2K.
