Figures. Well I don't think things like that happen in Canada, at least not

Nope.  In Canada they ticket you for going the speed limit (no kidding!  The
driver, annoyed with all the speeders on the road, put a sign in the back
window stating the speed limit and drove it on the dot.   Pulled over,
ticketed, taken to court --FOUND GUILTY-- and was taking it to a higher court
when I headed back to the States).
