ProTERM does not create .dsk files. However, Nulib on
the PC extracts .shk files containing shrunk disks (.sdk
files) into ProDOS order (.po) disk images (.sdk).

So, Shrink the disk on the IIe side, ProTERM to the PC's
HyperTerminal with zmodem and CRC-32 check for
integrity, and run Nulib on the PC side to extract the
.sdk (.shk containing compressed disk) files to .dsk files.
