SEG.XM is on the AppleWorks 3.0 startup disk, on side one of the 5.25" disk
set. There is no reason that it would not be there unless someone deliberately
deleted it. It used to be fashionable to delete the segments that you did not
use, thereby making more room available on your disk for other stuff. Why
anyone would do this to an original disk is unfathomable.
If you still cannot find it, you could try to exhume it with ProSel 8's Cat
Doctor, or ask somebody to upload it to you.
