This is a whole different realm than copying Apple II software. This is the
copying of recordings and the selling of the same. The main thing that makes
this different from the copying of Apple II software is the value of the
copyrighted material. You will never see a headline that states that anyone is
convicted of pirating AppleWorks (Apple II version), Lode Runner, Sensible
Speller, etc. The value of these titles do not reach, or even approach the
guidelines in the new federal copyright laws. Now, if we are in a Windoze N.G.
and we're talking about passing out copies of Windoze NT, the FBI could show up
at your door. All of this exchange on the copying of Apple II software is a
JOKE!
