Lets see, let me name the reasons, they set up a 900 number for Apple II
support, that is if the would help you even after sitting on hold with the
meter running sorta speak, their prices were always higher from them direct,
but they did make good products, they then started supporting the Mac, but then
so did others, then they flat dumped on the Apple II, but then so did Apple.
Shortly after the company folded another company was formed, they had many of
the same people working for them as well as owners, but would not make good on
any claims or return items that had been sent to the old company; same address,
that went away I'm sure all know why, and a couple of the techs would do
support for a price, but that is only fair. In time they just faded as many
other Apple II supported companies, if Apple was not going to support the
machine why should they, but at least the users do and a few others of us.
Even AOL stopped!!!!!!
