System error on IIgs

I have a "new" used IIgs I got earlier this summer.  I was told to test it
by holding option/apple at startup and it passed with computer good message.
I got a Transwarp card recently and though I have not experienced any
problems I ran the test program today and got an error message--SYSTEM BAD:
05012A00.  Is this caused by the replacement of the original CPU with the
Transwarp Card?  When I run the TWGS self-tests, it states that everything
passes.  Can someone who knows let me know, please.  Thanks:)
