     Perhaps what matters is that the PC Zip disk be created via a
SCSI drive-- i.e. a SCSI Zip drive connected via a SCSI interface to
the PC.

     In any case, MUGS seems mainly intended as some kind of mail
reader. And, according to the docs, it wants to run under GNO.

     This seems like a horrendous lot of bother just to read PC DOS
Zip disks on a IIgs. It's much easier to read IIgs Zip Disks on a
IIgs.

     Besides, if you do not have Zip drives on both the PC and the GS,
the whole business is a waste of time. 

     For simplicity and minimum hassle, transferring files via NULL
modem at 56k still comes in way ahead of the alternatives.
