It's machine readable, not for humans, so pimps can easily pick
out skills and experience for entry into a "database", or do
searches on whatever buzzwords their clients HR staff give them. 
It also reminds me what I actually worked on for former clients. 
The human readable version is a simple chronology which omits all
the low level detail, categories, some of the buzzwords, ...
I neither pass nor play Go!
Is that $200/hour -- okay!
