You can download PDShrinkIts.dsk from ACN Tarnover at
ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org/cabi/Utilities/ .
This disk image will boot ProDOS and let you run ShrinkIt v3.4 .

You can download PDtcom.dsk from ACN Tarnover at
ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org/cabi/Applications/Telcom/ .
This disk image will boot ProDOS and let you run a number telecom-related
utilities including CommSys-8, a telecom program which supports Xmodem.
CommSys-8 will let you transfer DOS 3.3 Launcher and ProSel 8 using a regular
NULL modem connection.
Or, in the same folder, you could download Agate.dsk. Agate is a telecom
program which supports Zmodem.
