My guess is that you'd need an Apple II user to create an .sdk disk image
of ShrinkIt! 3.4 on a 5.25" disk then extract that disk to a .po disk image
with Nulib on the PC.  However, apparently, ADT122 only likes .do disk
images.  Thus, the kind soul who does this for you will probably then
have to use an emulator to copy the files on the disk image to a .do disk
image (commonly referred to as .dsk).  Then you can use ADT122 to
transfer the .dsk back to a IIc+ (assuming external 5.25 drive).

Isn't there some kind of terminal program you can get on disk image?  It
seems to me that for transferring files, a terminal program that does
xmodem, ymodem, or zmodem makes more sense than ADT122.

Sadly, I cannot be of help this time because I do not have 5.25 drives on
my IIGS anymore.
