Most of this is an add on board by Applied Engineering. The Zram-Ultra
supplied 1 meg of ram, a clock and CPM. AE also created a CPM only
card and the ZRAM 2 supplied memory and clock.

There were other clocks. One plugged into the serial port. And I think
the no-slot clock worked.

Applied Ingenuity also made ram cards for the //c. They were cheaper
and some considered them better. They also created an internal HD
which replaced the floppy drive.

For a non-expandable system there were quite a few options.

I read a story once about a couple of guys who took the //c with Apples
ram expansion and moved the ram expansion to the bottom of the mother
board then extended it even further with a Zram card.
