Out of curiousity, if this patch shouldn't be applied until 1 Jan,
2000, and won't work correctly in the 1900's, how does that affect
doing reports that span from the 1900's into 2000?  Can they still be
done or once the patch is applied can you only use data from 2000?

Like I said, I'm just asking out of curiousity.
