SIS is a plug-in to Spectrum.  Earlier versions of Spectrum did not support
TCP/IP, only shell links.  Spectrum 2.2 has the option of working with
Marinetti, the IIGS TCP/IP program.  So, and if I'm not correct, someone
should correct me, Spectrum 2.2 running SIS can work with TCP/IP.
