Apple II Parallel Interface

Hello All,

        I an tring to get a HP Desjet 695C work with appleworks 5.1 but
I do not know how to setup the card.  There are 7 dip switches which are
set following

Sw1    off
Sw2    off
Sw3    off
Sw4    on
Sw5    off
Sw6    oon
Sw7    off

And what interface code should I uses in Appleworks.
