My Asimov and Cabi mirrors
Wheee!!! Things are starting to shape up on my mirrors of the Asimov
and Cabi archives. I have noticed that a lot of you prefer the http
access version...so....I am attempting to spruce up the look a little
bit. I'm definitely not an HTML pro or anything.....actually....I am
quite HTML illiterate. I can barely figure out how to use a WYSIWYG
web page creation program. Anyways...I have pieced together an HTML
intro page for my web access mirror...so...lemme' know what you
think?? Do you prefer just plain old directory listings??? or....would
you guys rather see a prettier interface?? Also...if anyone who
actually knows HTML might want to volunteer and create Apache
HEADER.html pages for each of the directories....feel free. They are
simple headers in html format that are displayed above the directory
listings...as on my intro page. Feel free to upload them...with a
description to me via FTP at:
24.96.48.134 port 6502
in the /incoming/Misc directory
Also....if anyone has a problem with files downloaded via
http...please let me know. I have modified my Apache servers MIME
content to send known apple filetypes (shk, sdk, etc) as octet-streams
rather than default ASCII mode.
If you haven't checked out my mirror yet.....click below :-)
