Shogun & most of the other later games were included in the PC & MAC
Lost Treasures 2 collection, but of course they were not in the IIgs
collection. So you may be right.

There is a Shogun binary at apple.cabi.net (I think that is where I
found it) which when run claims to be using a IIGS native Infocom
interpreter (version 6.9). The data for this is spread over 5 files,
however, which makes it look suspiciously as though they've been
lifted straight from the 8 bit 5 1/4" disk version. The graphics also
look decidedly 8 bit. I tried using this interpreter with the data
files from my PC version of Shogun and from my Masterpieces of Infocom
CD version of Zork Zero and failed dismally. I think this must have
been because the IIGS interpreter will only accept the split data
files from the IIe version. If this is the case, I don't know what can
be done to get around the problem. :-(
