ACN (apple.cabi.net) is offline now for a few weeks

Effective now, ACN (apple.cabi.net) is offline to the public access
for a few weeks time only.  No problems, just a move to a new machine and
location are in progress.  Please make your downloads now from the ACN mirror
site that was announced here by CELT last week.   No uploads are allowed at
this time.  BTW, the ACN mirror site only host the /applegs part of ACN and is
ftp only.  No http access.
