     For IIgs ...

The NinjaForce Assembler is free. You can download it at ...
  http://www.igd.fhg.de/~girschik/nfc/anthology.html .

The last version of Merlin, Merlin 16+, is no longer sold. You can download
"Merlin16Pro" at ...
  ftp://tarnover.dyndns.org/Languages.Programming/ .
I do not know whether or not this is Merlin 16+ or some earlier 16-bit Merlin.
For additional Merlin stuff, see the MERLIN folder at the above UTL.

Orca/M is available from Byte Works. You can reach the company at 505-898-8183;
  http://hypermall.com/byteworks/ .
An advantage of getting into Orca/M is that it fits well with the other
languages (including C) available from Byte Works.
