hello,
i'm hoping there will be a few techheads who can tell me if this is possible.
i have been slowly putting together a IIgs system, mainly out of nostalgia for
the days of IIe and Franklin Ace 1200 programming in high school. anyway, i have
a Macintosh HardDisk 20 with the familar 19-pin floppy interface, and it seems
like it should be able to be used with the IIgs. thus far i have tried updating
the System.Disk of GSOS 6.0.1 with the HFS.FST, but it seems one would also have
to have a specific driver for the oddball floppy-based HD. i formatted it on a
Mac as an Apple Prodos volume, if that helps clarify things. share your wisdom
via posting or e-mail. thanks a lot.
Mike
