Well to use a tri-color LED means I'd have to either do some soldiering on my
motherboard and I really don't want to do that. Anyways I really wanted to
use a blue LED for my TransWarp because it looks cool and obviously it fits
the theme better. We all know that AE named their products after Star Trek
terminology right? And Transwarp engines always glowed blue. And a red LED
for hard drives are standard.
Besides I already drilled the holes. I think what I'm going to do is put some
tape on the top, fill the hole from the bottom with some hot glue and use
hot glue to secure the LEDs underneath. That way I'll have a smooth
translucent finish on top.
