The easy way would be to install Apple II Setup 3.0. It supports 6.0.1 on
a IIgs and is the end of the line for Appleshare support for IIs.

BTW I wouldn't bother with Appleshare 2 since it requires crappy system 6. I
run Appleshare 3.0 under 7.5.5 and 7.6.1 and it works great.
