Upgrade P8 v2.0.1 to v2.0.3 on Appleshare server - how?

After getting AppleShare 2.0 working on a Mac IIcx running MacOS 6.0.3 I
located a disused copy of AppleShare 3.0. I installed this on an old Mac IIsi
running MacOS 7.1 and it works to boot my //e with a workstation card.
The problem (and this happened on AS 2.0 as well) is that I would like to run
P8 v2.0.3. Doing the obvious and replacing all copies of P8 on the server
with v2.0.3 versions does not change the fact that the //e still boots the
version of P8 that came on the AS disks. Any ideas?
