First of all, could you post the URL for your club's website. Those of
us who use SIS can then check it out on our GSes and see if we can
duplicate the problem.
I've hammered on SIS extensively (both as a user and beta tester) and
have not seen this type of behavior on any consistent basis (although I
have run across this complaint periodically). It sounds to me as if some
interference on your system is causing Spectrum to drop characters,
thereby corrupting the HTML flow into SIS.
As a preliminary measure, try shift-botting before launching
Spectrum/SIS, and see if that helps. If so, then a system extension is
probably interfering with Spectrum as it does its work.
Let us know if problems persist, and I'll get Geoff Weiss and Ewen
Wannop (SIS co-authors) involved. Or, if you want to reach them
