Don't think so.

You can plug in a Uni-disk Controller card and use 3.5" Uni-disk drives.

Practically speaking, there is no way to read an Apple II 5.25" diskette in
a PC 5.25" drive. An alternative is to plug in a TrackStar E board (an enhanced
Apple IIe on a board) and connect an Apple II drive to the TrackStar. For more
info see http://home.swbell.net/rubywand/Csa2HDWHACK.html#018 .

The usual way to transfer stuff between an Apple II and PC is a NULL modem
connection. An alternative to a plain NULL modem connection is a file transfer
package named "Cross Works". For more about NULL modem connections and CW, see
http://home.swbell.net/rubywand/Csa2T1TCOM.html .

I'm pretty sure a typical Mac will be able to read the files. It will not
be able to run any //c programs unless you run some kind of Apple II emulator.
