I'm not familiar with the exact innards of that monitor, but in general
the yoke coils are glued or clamped in place. If they are glued, I don't
mess with them. If clamped, you can usually loosen the clamp a bit and
rotate the yoke slightly. Another possibility is rotating the entire
tube slightly.

The yoke is around the neck of the tube. Pretend the picture on the
screen is attached to the yoke. Rotate the yoke in the direction you
want to rotate the picture.

They usually have a minimum charge, which would apply in this case since
it is a simple task.
