C & Prolog, for the II+?

Hello,

   I'm looking for a C compiler and a Prolog interpreter for the
   II+. The problem is... Downloading wouldn't work, since I have no
   serial card, and no other computer at home - just the Apple II+.

   From the FAQ, I got to a list of software for the Apple II; I see
   that HyperC is shareware, but I don't know where to ask for a
   copy.

   Also, there's a "Micro-Prolog" listed there. I contacted the
   company, and they don't sell it anymore - they seem to have not
   even an archive copy.

   I have also tried Byteworks, and thay couldn't help too.


   So... If anyone can help me with this, that'd be great!
