     With NULL modem, you would be looking at something close to 20 minutes
for the transfer at 56k. With a Zip disk copy, it's probably closer to 2
minutes before the files are enscounced on a ProDOS hard disk.

     If I had a second Zip drive to leave connected to the PC, your approach
would, most likely, be the one I'd use most of the time-- just collect stuff
on the Zip disk and, when you want it, move the Zip disk over to the GS and
'MUG' it.

     The advantage of NULL modem is that it does not require much hardware
and that it is a fairly universal way to move stuff. And, if you are moving
just a few 100kB, it's fast enough.
