Problem with GSHK, CPM Card

Hi,

Now that I have a MicroDrive harddisk (which works very well!) I
downloaded some software from apple.cabi.net. For unpacking the software
I thought I could use GSHK. When I start GSHK there's a message box with
a progress bar coming up saying 'updating desktop database'. The
progress bar stops about half way and the computer hangs. I waited about
an hour but nothing happend. The readme file says there should be a file
called FType.Main in the icon folder. I don't have this file, there's
only a file called FType.Apple in it.  Where can I get it? I have a
Apple IIgs ROM 01 with System 6.0.1

I bought some Apple stuff which included among other things a 'CPM
Softcard'. There's also some Software on 5 1/4 Disks. Can I use this
card on my IIgs if I install a 5 1/4 drive?
