It comes on the Mac as a control panel.  Similar to MUG! on the IIGS but
where MUG! is a desk accessory for the IIGS that lets you read and
write MS-DOS floppies, Zip disks, and hard drives (removable and fixed),
PC Exchange lets the Mac read and write ProDOS and MS-DOS floppies,
Zip disks, and hard drives.
