ProDOS doesn't know about the century (or have anywhere to store it), so
any ProDOS clock driver should not be generating one (an independent
driver for something other than ProDOS may be another matter).

The utility for setting the clock might be displaying the century (and
accepting it when a new date is entered), and would therefore have to
get the rule right (years 0-39 = 20xx, 40-99 = 19xx).
