Well, yes, Dr. Tom is the one who salvaged and rebuilt Asimov-GS (now
'officially' Apple Cabi.net) after hackers wrecked the earlier archive. Thanks
to his interest and support, 'Cabi' has become the leading IIgs entertainment
software archive supporting GS and GS emu users around the world.

Meanwhile, the "A2 (Apple II)" forum continues to sit on its closed
collection of software and insist that access be granted only to those with
special paid Delphi accounts. Why is this? Regular _free_ Delphi membership
allows virtually all other privileges.

Why should the A2 forum's collection be closed to any II user? The A2
forum should cost nothing to maintain-- forums are free on Delphi. If the
problem is archiving, there are several public sites ready to offer space.

Isn't it time that the old A2 forum on Delphi 'open up', share, and work
for the good of all Apple II users?
