Yes, but that's not necessarily under the control of the people running
the Apple II section.  That's under Delphi's control.  The only way to 
get access to the library section is to telnet in and Delphi wants
money for that.

Plus, I dl believe that there is some software on there that the 
author(s) have specified to be Delphi only so they just can't move
the whole set of files easily.  To put all the files somewhere else
would involve downloading all the files and then uploading them at
a new site.  They are already doing that with trying to move files
from Genie to Delphi so I don't think they need any more work.
