     There was something like this published in Computist-- think it was called "The
Bard's Dressing Room". 

     Why not put whatever directions are needed for your char editor on the disk and
use ShrinkIt to put the diskette in compressed form-- say, call it BardsEdit.sdk.
Then, upload it to one or more A2 archives.
