Ok, now that this thread has launched off on a discussion of Bard's
Tale...Many moons ago (when I was in high school, of all things)...I played
the DOS 3.3 version of Bards Tale I on my Apple //e...I liked it, and a
friend and I ended up writing an Applesoft program called "The Bard's
Editor" which let you edit your BT characters.  I didn't copyright it, and
wrote a letter to A+ magazine.  They ended up printing a small column about
it with my address, and I ended up getting about 250 letters from people who
wanted a copy (which I mailed out on disk).

My question: does anyone out there still have (or even use!??) this thing
anymore?  Or even remember it?  I've got it on an old 5.25 inch floppy disk
around here somewhere.
