Then there is my Applesoft program selector called, oddly enough,
Selector. :-)
It requires an 80-column card and I've never tested it on a II+ so I'm
not sure if it would work or not. Selector has the added benefit of
allowing you to disable ProDOS' memory protection bit map on the text
screen so that you can run a few more DOS 3.3 single file programs
(ones that don't do any disk I/O) once you've copied them over to
ProDOS.
I might upgrade that program some day to make it into a .SYSTEM
program so that you can quit back to it. As it is, it is easiest to
just reboot your machine when you are done using a program to get back
to my Selector.
