You can go to  http://thelist.internet.com/  and look under your area
code.  Then call them to see which have dialup shell accounts.  Or look
in your local phone book yellow pages.

I'd recommend Primenet if there is a pop, but I've just learned Primenet
is going to discontinue dialup shell access.  Rats!  I'll miss their
aggressive spam filtering.
