Yes it can, but likely not the 3.5" drive from your IIGS.  Most IIGS
units use a model of Apple 3.5" drive that also works with Macs.
These do not work on the IIc.  Instead, you must find a UniDisk 3.5.
These drives are 1/2 to 1/4 the speed of the IIGS/Mac 3.5" drives
but they do work on the IIc.  They can be identified by their
snow-white color.

Yes, but you need the analog version of the Video 7 RGB adapter
