Can Apple //c Use 3.5 Drives?

Hi,

I was just given an Apple //c computer. Having gone from an Apple ][ to an
Apple IIgs, I know nothing about the //c model.

Can the //c use a 3.5" disk drive?

I was also wondering whether the //c can use the AppleColor RGB monitor
(from the IIgs) for output?
