Sort of.  It is actually WordPerfect 4.2 DOS compatible, if I remember
right.  WordPerfect 5.1 can import this format, but I don't think
WordPerfectGS can read WP5.1DOS files directly.

In terms of capabilities, it is much closer to WP4.2 than WP5.1.
