I'm afraid not. The IIe emulation card was designed for an LC PDS slot
and is incompatible with the quadra variety. 

However all may not be lost. I suspect a Quadra is powerful enough to
emulate an 8bit Apple 2 at a decent speed. Goto www.emulation.net and
look for a 68k Apple2 emulator.

I believe the port is only for Unidisk drives but I could be wrong.
