You need to copy the file ProDOS to the disk to make it bootable. You'll
also want to copy at least one system program. BASIC.SYSTEM is one example.

You can also get bootable 3.5 and 5.25" floppies from us that you can make
copies of. See http://www.hypermall.com/byteworks for details. The ProDOS
system disk is APDA-02.

It depends on the game. If it's copy protected, no--unless you break the
protection. If it is not copy protected and is based on ProDOS, then
yes--copy it like any other file.

various FAQs; they may have enough detail for you.
