It is not possible. The IIc+ uses the same ASIC as the SuperSerial
Card II and it is max'd out at 38400. The only reason the IIgs and
the Workstation card does it is with the Zilog SIO which can go at
much faster speeds required by LocalTalk.
There was firmware in UniDisk IIc, but didn't do anything since, it
too, had the same ASIC.
